Chef Eric Ripert has been named one of the Top Restaurants of La Liste 2020 for his Le Bernardin, fish restaurant in NYC.
Here he speaks a bit about La Liste, an app and aggregator that is based on algorithms for rankings of top restaurants the world over.
And he tells us what wines he likes to pair with his fish dishes at Le Bernardin, NYC’s best – ranking restaurant.
“For me, food is about memories, feelings, emotions, and so is Le Bernardin, and that’s why it’s not just a restaurant.”
